Exhibits at Durand-Hedden House

About once a year, the volunteers at Durand-Hedden mount a carefully researched exhibit on the walls of the House. These exhibits cover aspects of our history, such as the growth of the Post Office nationally and in our towns; close looks at the development of many Maplewood neighborhoods; the history of slavery in New Jersey, and an overview of the battle for women’s suffrage.

We will be adding more exhibits to this section over time.
